Case Studies
An Overview of the Parliamentary and Legislative Process
One of our most popular bespoke programmes, the event can include various elements of our basic seminars on Parliamentary process. We have tailored this seminar to meet the needs of a variety of clients from across the public and private sectors.
International Training
Westminster Explained can cater for any training need, including requirements for international clients. We have provided programmes for participants from Vietnam, and also produced a two-week programme for a group of staff from the Afghan Parliament. In addition to the training programme, Westminster Explained provided facilities for the group during their stay in the UK, including transport, accommodation and cultural visits.
Training Development Process
Clients contacting us to discuss a bespoke seminar will be asked to engage in a short training needs analysis to assess the specific needs of the organisation.
An experienced training manager or team will work with the client to ensure that all requirements are taken in to consideration when developing the learning solution. Our representative will project manage the development process end to end, to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Once a programme has been agreed with the client, Westminster Explained will match the training requirements with one of our extensive pool of trainers and specialists who will deliver on the day training to participants. Supporting materials will be developed in discussion with clients.
These events can take place at a venue provided by Westminster Explained, in your own offices, or any other location you wish to use.
Following an event, Westminster Explained provides full support, evaluation and reviewing processes. We can also offer assistance with embedding learning where required.
We pride ourselves on our experience, professionalism and flexibility in meeting our clients’ learning and development needs.
