Understanding the relationships, procedures and processes involved in UK governance is essential for all Fast Streamers who are at the centre of government.

Westminster Explained’s four day, interactive programme will examine the context in which Fast Streamers work and how you can work effectively with parliament, coalition ministers and the wider government framework to deliver effective public services.

The training will be delivered through a variety of media including:

• interactive, scenario based learning
• detailed course materials and handbooks
• extra-curricular references and activities will be identified or provided by the tutor to reinforce the learning points from each session
• on-line community and post-workshop forum on Civil Service Live Network (http://network.civilservicelive.com/)
• evening social events and networking opportunities.
