Fast Streamers are placed in high-profile roles where they are expected to be highly capable at communicating effectively with the public, media and stakeholders as well as internally. This one day programme is designed to improve your ability to draft correspondence, lines to take and external emails with clarity and accuracy.

After a tutor led discussions on the principles and practices of replying to correspondence and answering Parliamentary Questions you will practice your skills and abilities on current materials. This will be set against the current departmental guidance and give you the opportunity to examine the practicalities of providing answers in a pressured environment.
