An A-Z of Policy: Module 1
This first module of two examines the context for modern policy making and examines the challenges for policies in an often turbulent political environment.
The Government has established that it wants to achieve its policy outcomes through initiatives such as the Big Society, localism and increased transparency. This two module policy programme explores those concepts and looks at the implications for policy makers and policy making.
The two modules are for anyone who is new to policy or returning to it and needs to improve their understanding of policy concepts and practise the skills they need to be successful.
We also offer a one hour policy induction e-learning module - which you can access from your desk. This is been designed to complement this two-day course. Please contact us for details.
