Finance for Non-Financial People
This workshop will explore in detail the core financial skills needed by those working in the Public Sector, or wanting to gain an understanding of how public funds are organised and managed. By the end of the course candidates will have acquired the understanding and core financial skills in the basic principles of budgeting, managing and controlling public funds and the current issues and policy affecting these key principles. Through workshop based training candidates will develop the necessary skills to both effectively manage funds and make effective and considered finance based business decisions.
