In this highly practical one-day course you will learn the negotiation tactics of the experts, how they prepare and conduct a negotiation, the ploys and gambits they use. You will also learn when a more cooperative approach is appropriate, and how to combat the most common negotiation dirty tricks. In short it will equip you with the skills to be an expert negotiator, whether you are negotiating informally with your boss or a colleague, or in the toughest of formal negotiations with another department or an external supplier.
